In 2013, Dr. Dan Doolittle created Integritas in
response to the tremendous need in our
communities for better support both of local
hospitals and the providers who serve them,
support that large, national staffing companies
were failing to provide.
With over 20 years of
emergency medicine practice, Dr. Doolittle
understood the importance of a stable
environment for providers with ongoing team
collegiality, education, reliable schedules, and fair
pay. Dr. Doolittle founded Integritas on the belief
that hospitals and physicians could work together
to bring effective, efficient, and compassionate
care to patients.
