Job Title: Regional Manager
The Regional Manager represents Integritas to the client hospital and forms a vital communications bridge between our client hospitals and the entire Integritas team. This position supports 4 hospitals in Illinois for Integritas, with the opportunity for additional locations. These hospitals range from the metro-east to Northern Illinois.
Location: Remote, with travel. Southern Illinois residency required.
Hours: Monday-Friday, hours will be reasonably flexible to serve Providers and Clients
Salary Range: $55,000 – $65,000 annually- depending on life, work, and educational experience

Position Overview: The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational and clinical functions of assigned client facilities, ensuring high-performance standards, staff morale, and compliance with health and safety regulations. This leader will collaborate with directors, leadership teams, and non-clinical partners to enhance business performance, patient care, and employee engagement, while resolving clinical-administrative challenges. Key responsibilities include building strong relationships with clients and providers, managing staff and provider performance, and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. The role also involves leading administrative staff, supporting clinical leadership initiatives, and aligning operational objectives with company goals to drive continuous improvement and service quality.

Experience and Skills Needed:
- Five years of healthcare experience, with a bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare-related field preferred
- Proven leadership experience in managing multi-functional teams and driving team initiatives
- One year of experience building and managing healthcare and physician client relationships, as well as identifying and meeting client needs
- Strong project management skills, able to evaluate opportunities aligned with business goals
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral), with the ability to provide effective training, coaching, and feedback
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, electronic health records, and experience working across multiple locations
- Strong conflict resolution, delegation, and client relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team while maintaining professionalism
- Willingness to travel and physically able to drive for extended periods of time
Key Responsibilities:
Site Management:
- Oversee daily operations at client facilities
- Ensure high performance standards, and lead staffing efforts
- Collaborate with leadership to resolve clinical and administrative issues
- Monitor key business metrics
Client Relations:
- Act as a liaison with client facility leadership
- Enhance operational and financial performance
- Drive patient, provider, and staff engagement
Provider Relations:
- Manage day-to-day provider operations
- Address provider and patient issues
- Collaborate to foster a high-quality service environment
Leadership & Team Oversight:
- Lead administrative support staff
- Ensure alignment with company goals
- Manage payroll and expense reporting
- Support the growth and development of the team
- Ensure consistency and alignment with company vision, values and mission
Revenue Cycle Management (RCM):
- Coordinate with clinical analytics and RCM partners to resolve site-specific issues
- Improve operational efficiency
Collaboration & Meetings:
- Participate in routine site, operational, and leadership meetings
- Maintain strong communication across departments
